Speaker Papuashvili meets Belgium-Georgia Friendship Group

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili on Monday held a meeting with the Head of the Belgium-Georgia Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mark Demesmaeker, and the group members.

The Speaker thanked the delegation for Belgium’s support for Georgia’s territorial integrity and integration into the European Union and NATO.

Briefing the delegation on Georgia’s implementation of the European Council’s 12 recommendations, Papuashvili said, “active and fruitful work is underway.”
