Speaker Papuashvili: Georgia-China relations are dynamic; we have achieved significant results from this partnership in few years

“Georgia-China relations are so dynamic that, in just a few years, we have achieved significant results. This includes the free trade agreement and visa-free travel with the world’s second-largest economy,” Georgia’s Parliament Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili, told the media.

Papuashvili commented on the comprehensive strategic partnership between Georgia and China and the importance of cooperation with China for Georgia.

“It yields results both economically and generally, in terms of the country’s development and ensuring its security, when a nation maintains relations with various countries, in this case, China. Therefore, the benefits brought by this partnership are tangible,” Papuashvili stated.
