Snow, strong wind expected in Georgia on January 2-4

The National Environment Agency forecasts precipitation and strong wind on January 2-4 across Georgia.

Heavy snow, fog and snowstorm are expected in the mountains, while 3-4 magnitude storms at sea, icy roads, freezing of power lines, and avalanche danger in mountainous regions.

The agency added that the traffic might be restricted on certain sections of roads.
