Shota Khabareli, Georgian judokas meet Japanese Ambassador

Shota Khabareli, a member of the Georgia-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Group and Georgian judokas, who participated in the 2024 Paris Olympics met Ishizuka Hideki, Japanese Ambassador to Georgia.

The Ambassador thanked Shota Khabareli for his merit in Georgia-Japan friendship and congratulated Georgian judokas on achieving success at the Olympic Games.

It was noted at the meeting that Shota Khabareli contributed a lot to the development of Georgian judo. After completing his sports career, Shota Khabareli was the head coach of the Georgian national judo team for two decades.
