Shio Mujiri, Patriarch’s locum tenens conveyed the congratulations and blessings of Catholicos-Patriarch in connection with Forgiveness Sunday to the parish gathered in Holy Trinity Cathedral today.

Shio Mujiri spoke about the significance of this day and noted that unforgivable offence damages the soul.

“Congratulations on the day of forgiveness, Great Lent kicks off as of tomorrow and the previous day – the gospel reading begins with the teachings of the Jesus Christ about the forgiveness. Today is Forgiveness Sunday, I would like to convey the Patriarch’s congratulations and blessings to you”, – Metropolitan Shio said.
