Seventh Rotation of Army Camp completed at Sachkhere Mountain Training School

The 7th rotation of the Army Camp has been completed at the Colonel Besik Kutateladze Sachkhere Mountain Training School

Deputy Defence Minister Grigol Giorgadze and Deputy Commander of the Defence Forces, General-Major Zaza Chkhaidze attended the closing ceremony. The Army Camp participants were awarded certificates and memorable gifts.

The participants were from Zestaphoni, Chiatura, Sachlhere, Kobuleti and Tbilisi. During one week, they underwent training in engineering, navigation, topography and medical aid. They visited the Georgian Museum of Weapons and attended classes from military historians and patriarchate representatives.

The project, implemented for the fourth consecutive year by the Defence Ministry and the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Affairs, aims to raise patriotic spirit among youngsters, popularize a healthy lifestyle and boost awareness about the Georgian defence forces.
