Sergi Kapanadze - Freedom House's report is the verdict for Georgian gov't

Deputy Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Sergi Kapanadze says Georgia’s rating has deteriorated in the Freedom House’s recent report – Nations in Transit 2020. Sergi Kapanadze noted that the new results are a direct verdict for the Georgian government.
In an annual report – Nations in Transit 2020, Georgia scores 38/100. As for democracy scores, Georgia obtained 3,25 out of 7.
The report said, “the indicator with the largest number of declines in Nations in Transit 2020 was Judicial Framework and Independence, with six countries deteriorating: the Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia, Montenegro, Poland, and Slovakia.”
Sergi Kapanadze pointed out that the Georgian government controls the judiciary system.”
