The election process is going smoothly and calmly, Scottish observer Alaa Garad told reporters.

According to him, the process is exactly as streamlined as in Europe.

“So far, we have been to four polling stations. What I can say is that the process is very streamlined, very smooth in every polling station where we have talked to voters. I think there is a consensus that the process is smooth and quiet. As a resident of Scotland, who has voted several times, this process is equally streamlined as what we have in Europe,” Alaa Garadi said.
