Georgia’s ex-President, Mikheil Saakashvili, suggests a significant shift in the composition of the opposition United National Movement party’s list for the upcoming elections.
He indicates that the majority of the list should be comprised of individuals who have not previously served as members of the parliament.
“I urge my fellow party members that, for the upcoming elections, the overwhelming majority of our list should be made up of individuals who have not served as members of the parliament before. It is essential to open the doors widely and actively engage in this direction to achieve this,” Saakashvili posted on Facebook.
