The Risk in the Hybrid Era Conference was conducted at the Radisson Blue Iveria Hotel as part of the Georgian Defense Ministry’s and the United Kingdom’s bilateral collaboration to strengthen state financial management by adopting the best international practice.

First Deputy Defense Minister Lela Chikovani, and British Ambassador to Georgia, Mark Clayton, addressed the conference attendees.

Participants at the conference reviewed the issues posed by the contemporary hybrid era, associated hazards, and the importance of strategic communication and collaboration for cybersecurity.
