The Roads Department of the Infrastructure Ministry, based on information provided by the National Environment Agency (NEA), imposed restrictions on certain roads due to avalanche threat, heavy snowfall and poor visibility.

Traffic movement for all types of vehicles is banned on the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtkheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road of international significance.

The movement is temporarily restricted on Amlevi-Orbeti, Nichbisi-Didgori-Didi Toneti, Batumi-Akhaltsikhe, Goderdzi-Utkisubani, Mele-Lasdili roads and Paravani Pass.

Following intensive road-clearing efforts, traffic is restored for 4WD vehicles on the Vaziani-Gombori-Telavi road. Movement of trailers and semi-trailers is restricted on Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda, Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda, Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi, Jvari-Ushguli, Sachkhere-Oni roads and Nakerala Pass.
