Rehabilitated Orbeliani square will be open solemnly today

The rehabilitated Orbeliani square will be opened at 20:00 today. After the official opening ceremony, a concert will be held where Georgian pop stars, the National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Nikoloz Rachveli, will perform.

The cleaning work on Orbeliani Square and nearby streets continued until late at night. There was held a dress rehearsal for the concert, which was attended by the Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.

The rehabilitation of Orbeliani Square started in June 2017, and it took two years.
