Registration opens for Tbilisi City Hall’s summer youth programmes
Tbilisi City Hall has opened registration for its summer events, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people.
As Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze noted during a meeting of the Tbilisi municipal government, several new streams will be added to the youth programmes this year.
“As is tradition, summer youth programmes will run again this year, offering various cultural, sporting, educational, and entertainment activities for young people registered in Tbilisi. Crucially, this year we are adding an artificial intelligence camp, several English language learning camps, an intellectual property camp, an artistic woodworking techniques camp, a film and theatre camp, a robotics camp, a future entrepreneurs camp, a debating skills camp, an ethno-sports camp, as well as a leadership and soft skills development camp,” Kakha Kaladze stated.
He also mentioned that, as part of the programme, young people will continue to enjoy free access to padel tennis, bowling, and swimming pools, and will be able to participate in rafting and hiking tours.
“Access to these summer programmes will be entirely free of charge for citizens. Within the scope of the project, participants will be provided with transport, meals, equipment, and the services of qualified instructors. The summer youth programmes will commence in June and run until September,” Kakha Kaladze announced.
Registration for the programmes has opened today on the official website.
