Rain in forecast in coming days

The National Environment Agency forecasts cold weather on 16-17 November.

Rain is expected mainly in the western part of the country, while snow in mountainous regions and a 4/5 magnitude storm at sea.

“The expected heavy rains can cause a significant increase in the water levels on the rivers of Georgia, and the initiation and activation of landslides in the mountainous and hilly areas,” the agency added.
