Public Defender names Zviad Devdariani as candidate for member of GPB Board of Trustees

Nino Lomjaria, Georgian Public Defender named Zviad Devdariani as candidate for a member of Board of Trustees of Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB).

During the briefing, Lomjaria said that Devdariani was the candidate to cope with facing challenges well. She said that Devdariani’s experience, outcome of the interviewing and competence was the main criteria for his selection.

Zviad Devdariani is one of the 12 candidates chosen by Selection Commission of GPB. The parliament will vote for the candidates next week. Lawmakers will have to approve 4 members out of the 12 candidates.
