Prosperity Index ranks Georgia among top ten countries with ten years of progress

The Prosperity Index 2023 ranks Georgia 53rd out of 167 countries, ahead of all its neighbouring states, and behind only the Baltic states among post-Soviet countries, the Georgian Finance Ministry reported on Monday.

Georgia’s position improved by 11 spots between 2013 and 2023. With a ten-year improvement in safety and security rating, Georgia ranks third in the top ten countries as its standing increased by 46 places over this time.

Georgia moved up 25 spots to third place in the world’s top ten countries with the 10-year improvement in the investment climate. Our country also ranks third in the world with a ten-year improvement in living conditions. This very rating advanced by 19 spots throughout this time.
