Prosecutor's Office charged the employee of MIA for murder committed with indirect intent
The Prosecutor’s Office has charged the employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs S.G. under the article which implies murder committed unintentionally. The case is related to the incident which occurred on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue in Tbilisi.
According to the prosecutor’s office, the charges against S.G. are considered under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from seven up to fifteen years.
A middle-aged woman was killed by a stray bullet on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue in Tbilisi two days ago. An employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia S.G. was detained yesterday.
