Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze begins official visit to Tajikistan
The official visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, to the Republic of Tajikistan has commenced.
According to the Press Service of the Prime Minister, an official welcoming ceremony for the head of government was held at Dushanbe International Airport.
They further noted that Irakli Kobakhidze was received by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kokhir Rasulzoda.
The national anthems of both countries were performed, after which the prime ministers introduced the members of their respective cabinets to one another.
The Prime Minister of Georgia is currently on an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan with an official delegation, which includes: Maka Botchorishvili, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development; Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture; Givi Mikanadze, Minister of Education, Science and Youth; Tinatin Rukhadze, Minister of Culture; Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of the Government Administration.
