Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili on Sunday opened the first exhibition of the products of female entrepreneurs. The event is part of the Women’s Economic Empowerment project funded by the Norwegian government.
Up to 100 female entrepreneurs are participating in the exhibition taking place for the first time in Georgia.
The President, in her address, emphasised the importance of women’s involvement in socio-economic and business fields. She noted that access to financial resources remains a problem for female entrepreneurs.
