Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili will deliver her annual report in Parliament on April 9.
President usually gives an annual report on the first day of the spring sessions, under the rules of procedure. Due to the epidemiological situation, the format of the President’s address will be different this year. MPs will not be allowed to take the floor for remarks. The diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia would not attend the session for safety reasons.
The government members, except Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, who contracted coronavirus, will attend the session.
President Zourabishvili will address the parliament for the third time. An extraordinary session of the Parliament will kick off at noon.
