President pardons 159 persons on Epiphany

Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili has pardoned 159 convicted persons on the occasion of the Epiphany, the presidential administration reported.

According to the administration, the President exercised his constitutional power of pardon based on the principles of humanism and state interest.
