PM visits Memorial of Junkers

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili laid a wreath at the Memorial of Junkers in Kojori in connection with the Soviet Occupation Day.

The PM visited Kojori together with Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili and Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze.

Today marks the 102^nd anniversary of the Soviet Occupation of Independent Georgian Republic in 1921.

The Georgian parliament declared February 25 as Soviet Occupation Day.
