Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will visit Azerbaijan on January 17, the Prime Minister’s press office reported.
During the visit, Baku will host a session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, chaired by the Prime Ministers of both countries.
Government officials from Georgia and Azerbaijan will participate in the session. Additionally, Prime Minister Kobakhidze will hold a face-to-face meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Following their meeting, the leaders will deliver joint statements to the media.
The Georgian delegation accompanying the Prime Minister includes First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture Davit Songulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
