PM to attend 81st session of UN General Assembly

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, will participate in the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). The Head of Government of Georgia will address the General Debate of the General Assembly on September 24, the Government Administration reported.

During his visit to New York, the Prime Minister of Georgia will also participate in the Partnerships for Multilateralism Summit and a high-level panel discussion on peace organized by Finland.

Irakli Kobakhidze is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of various countries, as well as with United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

The Prime Minister of Georgia departed for New York together with a delegation comprising Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
