A pilot internship program will be enacted this year for university graduates, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the meeting with students of state universities.
The PM remarked that the program might have some problems initially but would be “polished gradually.” He said the program aimed to engage the university graduates in a professional life.
“One of the main things that this program will give us is that you will get experience from the beginning and, in addition, you will get a unique experience, which will allow you to further develop your professional career,” the Prime Minister said.
On February 26, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that the implementation of the law on paid internships for young people would commence in pilot mode this year.
