PM says society’s role in raising autism awareness crucial

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, on Sunday, echoed International Autism Awareness Day, saying that “it is the state’s obligation to guarantee equal development conditions for every person.”

In his remark, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of society’s role and active participation in raising autism awareness, which is “becoming increasingly evident recently.”

“We must all work together to take care of our fellow citizens’ health, education, and employment rights, and to build a better environment for everyone,” the Prime Minister said in a statement.

World Autism Awareness Day is an internationally recognized day annually on April 2,
