PM says EU integration remains one of Georgia's top foreign policy priorities

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated on Monday that “European integration remains one of our country’s top foreign policy priorities.”

“By 2030, Georgia will be the most ready among the candidate countries to join the European Union,” according to him.

Kobakhidze claims that “Georgia will have fulfilled 90% of the association agreement by 2028.”

“One of our top goals is to deepen NATO collaboration, as well as to enhance strategic cooperation with China, which is paramount both economically and diplomatically. We already have specific initiatives,” the PM stated at the election program presentation.
