PM promises to keep all of Republican Hospital staff

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili promised that not a single Republican Hospital employee would lose their job at the celebration of the State Universal Health Care Programme’s tenth anniversary.

PM claims that inaccurate information about the facility is spread deliberately.

“In recent days, a lot of misinformation circulated, which is purposeful falsehood. No employee will be laid off or lose their income. We have a clear vision of how to develop the Republican Hospital. We want to construct a new hospital in the same location and keep all the staff. There is no reason to worry,” he said.

The Republican Hospital’s medical staff has been holding a protest since the morning. As the clinic is being renovated, the doctors and nurses insist on not being dismissed and treatment not being halted.
