“Our system fails to provide Georgian students with the proper quality of education. Our task is to fix  this,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters.

According to the PM, everyone must put aside their own subjective interests.

“I would not hurry with making remarks. Today, we will hold a meeting with the Education Minister to hear his viewpoints, and we will make a concrete decision afterwards. Our goal is simple. The current education system is in a dire situation.

Our system fails to provide Georgian students with the proper quality of education. If anyone is against it, is mistaken, and if anyone has subjective interests, they must put them aside. The main objective is to provide Georgian youngsters with high-quality education and share knowledge. We will do our best to achieve that,” he stated.
