PM nominee: President confirms her intention to establish pseudo-fascist political force

The nominee for Prime Minister’s post, Irakli Kobakhidze, said he heard nothing interesting in the annual report of Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the only thing that President Zourabichvili confirmed is that she plans to establish a pseudo-fascist political force, step down in September and take part in the elections.

“There was nothing interesting in the president’s speech. The only interesting thing was that she confirmed what we were talking about. She intends to create a pseudo-centrist political force. With that purpose, she will step down in September and partake in the elections. This was the only interesting part of her speech. The rest was a usual oration of a representative of the radical opposition,” he said.

Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili presented her last annual report to the parliament on Tuesday. Candidates for the post of PM and ministers, representatives of the Georgian Orthodox Church, and Diplomatic Corps are attending the president’s annual report in the parliament.
