PM: No one can change our goal of restoring territorial integrity peacefully

“Restoring territorial integrity through peaceful means is one of our foremost national objectives, and neither Baramidze, nor Gvaramia, nor Berdzenishvili, nor anyone else can change that, regardless of what instructions or assignments they may receive,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.

According to the Prime Minister, it has become apparent that these individuals have received a new “assignment” or “instruction” from their leaders abroad.

“This is indicated first by Baramidze’s statement, followed by Gvaramia’s statements. Before that, there was Berdzenishvili’s statement. They have received a new line, a new assignment, a new instruction, the purpose of which is to push the issue of restoring territorial integrity into the background, which will under no circumstances be allowed. Restoring territorial integrity is one of our foremost national objectives. Restoring territorial integrity through peaceful means is one of our foremost national objectives, and neither Baramidze, nor Gvaramia, nor Berdzenishvili, nor anyone else can change that, regardless of what instructions or assignments they may receive,” Kobakhidze said.
