PM meets Turkish Interior Minister

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Turkish Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya to discuss the close friendship and strategic partnership between Georgia and Turkey.

According to the Government Administration, the meeting highlighted the effective cooperation between the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Turkish law enforcement agencies.

The sides also discussed ongoing regional developments and the role of Georgia and Turkey in promoting stability and peace.

Prime Minister Kobakhidze thanked Minister Yerlikaya for his visit, stressing that such high-level meetings further strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.

Georgia’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze, also attended the meeting.
