PM meets new head of NATO Liaison Office

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili met the new head of the NATO Liaison Office, Alexander Vinnikov. PM congratulated Alexander Vinikov on his appointment and wished him successful work.

Talks focused on the successful NATO-Georgia cooperation and the progress made by Georgia on the path to North Atlantic integration. Particular attention was paid to the security environment in the Eastern European region and the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine.

The Prime Minister reiterated the special importance of the international community’s efforts to end the war in Ukraine soon.
