“I would like to extend my gratitude to Mamuka Mdinaradze for his service to the country and merits before our team,” said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
According to the PM, Mdinaradze has done a lot for 10 years that was reflected in the country’s development and our team’s strengthening.
“I would like to express my gratitude to Mamuka Mdinaradze for his significant work, service to the country and merit before the team. He has done a lot for 10 years that was reflected in the country’s development and our team’s strengthening. He deserves gratitude.
The decision he made is regrettable for us. We had a meeting yesterday, and today we had consultations, including with Mr Bidzina Ivanishvili. It was his decision. We attempted to persuade him to reverse his decision, but his position was firm. Once again, I would like to thank Mamuka Mdinaradze for everything he has done for the country and the team,” the PM said.
Mamuka Mdinaradze resigned as Regional Development Minister and announced about quitting politics during the briefing.
