PM Kobakhidze hosts Indian Ambassador

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Saha Sinha, Indian Ambassador to Georgia.

The parties discussed Georgia-India and the prospects of future cooperation.

“Focus was made on the Indian Government’s decision to open a permanent diplomatic mission in Tbilisi, also underlining the importance of launching direct flights between Georgia and India. It was noted that these decisions will further promote the deepening of the relations between Georgia and India. The Prime Minister thanked the Ambassador for India’s firm support of Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” reads the press statement.
