Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has spoken with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev by telephone.

On X, the Prime Minister shared that he congratulated President Aliyev on his birthday and reiterated the strength of their enduring friendship.

“I had a warm phone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Congratulated him on his birthday and wished him good health and continued success. We reaffirmed the strong friendship and close relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan,” Irakli Kobakhidze stated.
