PM: Kaladze has proven himself irreplaceable and indispensable team member after 14 years of service

“Kakha Kaladze has proven through his 14 years of service that he is practically an irreplaceable and indispensable member of the team,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.

According to the head of government, Kakha Kaladze is the only one who has continuously held the highest positions for such a long period.

“For 14 years, Kakha Kaladze has been in the highest positions in Georgian Dream’s political team and in government. He is practically the only one who has continuously held the highest offices for such a long time. Through his 14 years of service, Kakha Kaladze has proven that he is practically an irreplaceable and indispensable member of the team. This is the result of his work. Therefore, not even theoretically was any other version considered. As soon as we received confirmation that Kakha Kaladze himself was ready to run for mayor for the third time, naturally, everyone was delighted,” the Prime Minister declared.

Regarding candidates in other municipalities, the Prime Minister mentioned that their presentations will be scheduled soon. Additionally, Irakli Kobakhidze noted that Georgian Dream is finalising its positions on mayoral candidates in two or three municipalities.

“We have positions to finalise in two or three municipalities. We will immediately present a unified list as soon as we agree. This applies to both municipal mayors, 63 candidates in the regions, as well as the Tbilisi City Council and all council lists,” Irakli Kobakhidze declared.
