PM Irakli Kobakhidze: Georgia and Turkey’s strategic partnership is strong; we are committed to further enhancing cooperation

“Georgia and Turkey enjoy very good relations; our partnership and strategic partnership are indeed very strong,” Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated in an interview with the Anadolu Agency.

He emphasised that the cooperation between the two countries extends beyond high-level government engagement, encompassing strong collaboration between various agencies.

“Georgia and Turkey maintain excellent cooperation. We are very proud of this and pleased with the progress we have achieved. The relationship and strategic partnership between our nations is robust. We highly value this partnership, and we aim to further deepen our cooperation. Our positive relations are evident not only at the highest political levels but also across different agencies. Bilateral visits and meetings between leaders are frequent, and this relationship continues to yield tangible results. We are delighted with this progress and are actively working to strengthen our fruitful partnership even further,” the Prime Minister concluded.
