PM hosts Trade Minister of Turkiye

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze hosted the Trade Minister of Turkiye, Ömer Bolat, who is visiting Georgia within the framework of the Georgia-Turkiye business forum.

According to the Government Administration, the significance of strategic partnership in politics and economy, regional joint projects and positive tendencies in trade turnover were accentuated during the meeting.

The PM reconfirmed Georgia’s readiness to promote peace and stability in the South Caucasus region, prioritising dialogue through diplomacy and cooperation.

Georgian PM invited the delegation from Turkiye to the 5th Silk Road Forum scheduled for October 22-23 in Tbilisi.

Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili, Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili and Government Administration Head Levan Zhorzholiani attended the meeting.
