PM: Giorgi Antsukhelidze is hero, Saakashvili attributed his heroism to himself, saying he was forced to offend him

“Antsukhelidze is a hero who sacrificed himself for his homeland, Saakashvili later came out and attributed Antsukhelidze’s heroism to himself, saying shameful words, as if he was being forced to offend Saakashvili or something like that,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters at Mukhatgverdi Brothers Cemetery.

According to the PM, Antsukhelidze is a national hero, but this cannot cover up the betrayal that Saakashvili committed.

“Antsukhelidze is a hero who sacrificed himself for his homeland. Later, Saakashvili came out and attributed Antsukhelidze’s heroism to himself. He said shameful words, Saakashvili said that they were forcing Antsukhelidze to offend Saakashvili or something like that.
