PM emphasizes education reform as key to sustainable progress

“We have important and ambitious plans across various sectors, including planned reforms,” said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze at today’s government session.

According to Kobakhidze, the education reform must be prioritized, as sustainable achievements are impossible without a strong education system.

“I would highlight education reform as the most significant. This includes reforms in both higher education and general education. We have developed comprehensive concepts, and implementing them is crucial for the development of all sectors and the country as a whole. Without education, no achievement can be sustainable. Therefore, we must work with full focus to implement education reform in both areas,” the Prime Minister stated.
