PM: Despite crisis, government's anti-crisis plan aims at keeping people employed in agriculture

“Through the state programs, we give farmers the incentive to continue or start producing quality products, which will definitely take the first place in the local and then the world market and strengthen the economy,” said the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia while meeting with employees of the company – “Kareli Fruit.”

The head of the government noted that “this dried fruit company is a good example of a successful production. It produces 75 tons of dried fruits which are sold in local and international markets.”

According to the Prime Minister, “despite the crisis, the government’s anti-crisis plan aims at keeping people employed in agriculture, also, giving farmers the opportunity to overcome obstacles quickly.”
