PM departs for Turkmenistan

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has departed for Turkmenistan to attend an international forum marking the International Year of Peace and Trust, held in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.

According to the Prime Minister’s press service, Kobakhidze will address the plenary session titled Peace and Trust – Sustainable Development Goals.

Bilateral meetings are also scheduled as part of the visit.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by a delegation that includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili and the Head of the Government Administration, Levan Zhorzholiani.
