PM congratulates Prosecutors on Profession Day

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili congratulated employees of the Prosecutor’s Office on their professional day. In his congratulatory statement, the Prime Minister commended the personnel for their efforts to safeguard the country’s stability and the rule of law.

“I congratulate the management of the Georgian prosecution office, prosecutors, investigators and each individual staff member of the institution on the Professional Day of Prosecution!

Independent, high-caliber, effective prosecution is a guarantee of security for each citizen of a country. Thus, it is a cornerstone of any democratic nation. I am proud that our prosecution evolved into exactly such a modern and accountable institution of European standards.
