Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili congratulated Georgian citizens on Christmas.
In his congratulatory message, the head of the government said that Christmas was the beginning of a new era, of hopes and joy.
“I congratulate you on the glorious holiday of Christianity, my dear compatriots! The birth of Jesus Christ played a turning role for all humanity and became an example of goodness, forgiveness, tolerance, the establishment of virtue among individuals, and compassion.
Therefore, Christmas is deemed as the beginning of a new era, hopes and joy, I wish you health, peace, and welfare to you and your families,” the PM said.
