PM congratulates 14th NATO Secretary-General on appointment

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze congratulates Mark Rutte on the appointment as the 14th Secretary-General of the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

The PM wished Mark Rutte successful work and expressed his readiness to deepen cooperation with NATO.

“I congratulate Mark Rutte on his appointment as the 14th Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance. I wish him success in this important position. Georgia, as an active participant in NATO’s international operations, a reliable and firm partner, is ready to continue supporting the alliance, deepen existing cooperation and promote global peace and security,” wrote the PM on the X Platform.
