PM Candidate: Past four years marked by political turmoil, economic attacks, and war threats

“The past four years marked by challenges and difficulties. During this time, we faced two attempts of revolution, efforts to undermine our economy, and attempts to pull our country into war. However, through our unity, we have successfully navigated these challenges, maintained peace, and grown the economy by 40 billion GEL,” said Irakli Kobakhidze, the candidate for Prime Minister of Georgia, in Parliament.

As Kobakhidze highlighted, these accomplishments stemmed from the strength and unity of the team.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your unity and collective effort. It is this struggle that has led to the achievements our country has seen over the past four years. Today, Georgia is more sovereign and stronger than ever before, and this success is thanks to all of you. However, we must continue to focus on the further development of our country.

Some people claim that adopting a law on the transparency of non-governmental organizations will somehow lead us to Chelyabinsk. This is an unbelievable assertion,” he stated.

“Regardless of the situation, I assure you that we will continue to live in this country. We will take care of this place, as it is our homeland, recognized as a sovereign state. This is our responsibility to Georgia,” Irakli Kobakhidze concluded.
