PM: I call on law enforcers to strengthen security measures in order to prevent confrontation

I personally give guarantee that the freedom of speech and expression will not be under threat in our country, – Prime Minister of Georgia responded to the Tbilisi recent developments at the special briefing held several minutes ago.

“I once again reiterate that the state will be strict in relation to drug dealers and will be more humane towards drug users”, – Kvirikashvili said.

The Prime Minister called on the law enforcement agencies to strengthen security measures in order to prevent any possible confrontation.

“The fact that the freedom of speech and expression is our priority has been confirmed over the past hours. The police and law enforcement agencies are doing absolutely everything to make you feel free to express your opinion. When the state does not spare efforts to protect the main right of the human, the confrontation or attempt to split the society is categorically unacceptable”, – Prime Minister said.
