Peter Fischer: Germany supports Georgia's EU integration aspirations

Germany supports Georgia’s aspiration to become a member of the European Union, said German Ambassador to Georgia Peter Fischer.

According to the Ambassador, part of the EC’s 12-point recommendations are fulfilled, while more work is required to progress on others.

“Some have been fulfilled, some are in the process of being completed, and in some cases, more progress is needed. We support Georgia’s aspiration to join the European Union, and together with Georgia, we will succeed on this path,” he said.
