Parliament to decide on MP mandate termination to 3 opposition lawmakers on February 15

Georgian parliament will make the final decision on termination of MP mandates to three opposition lawmakers, Elene Khoshtaria (Droa leader), Shalva Natelashvili (Labor Party leader) and Badri Japaridze (Lelo leader) at the plenary sitting on February 15.

Procedural Affairs Committee greenlit termination of MP mandates to all three opposition lawmakers.

Guilty verdict of the court is the reason in Badri Japaridze’s case, and nonattendance to sittings – in case of Elene Khoshtaria and Shalva Natelashvili.
